Brook is excited to return to Primary Care! She strives to balance home life with a new baby and an active work life with grace and ease. Sound familiar? Her goal is to get back to providing personalized medicine, embracing the pillars of lifestyle medicine: nutritious food choices, moving daily, restorative sleep, stress management, social engagement, and loving relationships, built on the foundation of meaning, purpose, and gratitude.
Brook has experience in emergency medicine and community health – working at a clinic serving the homeless and otherwise under-served populations. Her latest experience is in rheumatology, where she developed expertise in a vast array of autoimmune diseases.
Her practice will focus on creating long-lasting patient provider relationships with the philosophy that her patients are the experts in their lives. She endeavors to walk beside them in the pursuit of their goals for both their life and health.
Brook is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She obtained her undergraduate nursing degree from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri and her master’s in nursing from Clarkson College in Omaha. Her special interests include care of all chronic diseases, particularly autoimmune diseases ranging from fibromyalgia to joint pain. She looks forward to meeting you!
